HAMTRAMCK, Michigan – Effective Friday, February 10, 2023 and ending on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, the 31st District Court is holding an Amnesty Program for delinquent cases. The program provides individuals an opportunity to settle outstanding court financial obligations while saving money. In addition, the program helps courts clear a backlog of files.
The Court is also offering an online amnesty application that allows court users to search for their delinquent tickets and make payment at a discounted rate online without having to appear in person at the Court. For more information on the online amnesty please follow the link below:
