Past Due Case Review
The 31st District Court is pleased to offer the Past Due Case Review system as a means for court users to address outstanding fines and costs on past-due files and tickets. By submitting a request for review and completing a simple financial questionnaire, court users can petition the judge for a payment plan, community service, or a combination of the two in order to clear bench warrants and satisfy outstanding obligations to the court. The judge will review the submission, and respond via text or email with her decision.
