Civil Infractions:
If you received a traffic citation, and would like to request a court date to meet with the city attorney to discuss the ticket, you must contact the Court within 14 days of receiving the citation. To request a court date, call the Court at (313) 800-5248. If you are an attorney, you may fax an appearance and request a court date to (313) 782-4990.
Eligible traffic civil infractions can be negotiated remotely using the Court's Online Ticket Negotiation System.
Misdemeanors:
If you have been charged with a misdemeanor, and were not taken into custody, you must contact the Court to get an arraignment date. Call the Court at (313) 800-5248.
