31st District Court Amnesty Program 2024

HAMTRAMCK, Michigan – Effective Friday, March 15, 2024 and ending on Friday, May 31, 2024, the 31^st District Court is holding an Amnesty Program for delinquent cases. The program provides individuals an opportunity to settle outstanding court financial obligations while saving money. In addition, the program helps courts clear a backlog of files.

Those interested in participating in the Amnesty Program should appear at the 31^st District Court between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday. Payments can also be made online on our website www.31stdistrictcourt.net. Those who chose to pay online should contact the court at 313-800-5248 to verify the total due.
